Unfortunately, I faced significant issues with hot water during my stay. Upon checking in, I wasn't informed that there were ongoing problems, which left me without a hot shower. While one staff member tried to address my concerns, the overall management seemed more focused on profitability than on customer satisfaction, which was quite disappointing.

A fantastic base before embarking on a cruise, with spacious, well-equipped rooms and friendly staff who go above and beyond. The lively restaurant serves a delightful breakfast buffet at an unbeatable price. Conveniently located near transit options, this spot captures the vibrant essence of travel, making it a memorable stay.

The hotel was a perfect stop for our early ferry to the islands. The room was newly done with ample space, although we had initially booked two double rooms and ended up with a twin room. The restaurant on-site offered a lovely dinner option and a decent breakfast selection, but it primarily consisted of bread and toast. The taxi booked by the staff to the airport was a bit pricey compared to local rates, but overall our stay was pleasant and hassle-free. It’s a quick walk to the ferries, which made it convenient for our travel plans.

I had a wonderful stay at The Port Square Hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and ensured my comfort throughout my visit. the reception area was kinda small (not great when it’s busy), but the staff were super helpful (even gave advice on nearby attractions). the room had a nice coffee maker and a spacious bathroom. breakfast included tasty options like fresh pastries and fruits.

Small but stylish rooms

The Port Double Room with City View was pretty comfy! The bed was super cozy, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. Plus, the spacious bathroom had a nice walk-in shower that I loved. The Nespresso machine in the room was a sweet touch for those morning coffees. Only downside was the noise from the street—sometimes it was a bit much, but the overall vibe made up for it.

port square is super clean, modern, and comfortable! it's right next to the port, making it perfect for ferry travelers. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a great experience. plus, we enjoyed a really good breakfast at the hotel, which was a nice start to our day.

Spacious room, amazing food. our big room featured a nice bathroom, and the bar service at breakfast was truly exceptional, providing a great start to our day while conveniently located for easy access to the center of Athens.
